Dr. An Nguyen is experienced across every area of dental care, from preventive and cosmetic treatments to complex restorative work, dental implants, and orthodontics, so patients can receive comprehensive care under one roof with a dentist they trust. She graduated from USC in 1996 and has spent the past 30 years building a practice rooted in calm, intentional, patient-centered dentistry. In addition to caring for patients at New Smile Dental, Dr. An teaches at UC San Diego, sharing her expertise with the next generation of dental professionals. Each year, she also volunteers her time on dental care trips to Vietnam, providing treatment to communities with limited access to care. Her approach to dentistry is guided by mindfulness, compassion, and a genuine commitment to making every visit feel peaceful and stress-free.
